Guests experienced an amazing evening of food and wine in the garden of the beautiful estate.  Chris Brugler Catering had the opportunity to work out of an gorgous kitchen.  Our client was thrilled with the wonderful flavors and presentation of the food.

We served Roasted Chicken Club Spring Roll with a Chipotle Aioli,  Black Mission Fig Challah, Grilled Cheese with Turkey, Anjou Pear & Goat Cheese, Ponzu Spiced Ahi Tuna Tartar with an Asian Tabouleh Salsa and Stuffed Mushroom with Chorizo, Golden Raisins, Pine Nuts & Crumbled Feta.
