We are at it again! This time providing our guest (Major Motion Picture Executives) with a bit of “old world” flair and service!

The meal began with a first course salad of Baby Arugula with Roasted Grapes, Creamy Burrata and a Brown Butter Balsamic Vinaigrette. For the main course we left behind white gloves, but did step it up a bit with “French Service”. Guest were able to choose between Seared Branzino with Red Wine Sauce or Sliced Pepper Crusted Filet of Beef Served with a Bordelaise Jus. We closed the meal with a choice of Raspberry & Kahlua Creme Brûlée or Chocolate Flourless Cake with a Vanilla Creme Fraiche. Needless to say, the guests were blown away!
