Hi Chris,

Just back to the UK and much gloomier here than it was in Palm Springs! I just wanted to send you a short note to say thank you so much for all of your effort over the weekend and despite the many obstacles you clearly had to over come on the day the guests have all said that not only was it by far the best wedding food they’ve ever had but also one of the best meals they have ever had.

The food was excellent and your staff went above and beyond their responsibilities to make us and the guests feel welcome and amazingly well served all night!

We’ll send another email soon when we get some of the pictures and have decompressed a bit from the travelling but for now, thanks again for delivering over and above our already very high expectations!
