A formal cocktail reception welcomed the guests upon arrival with Lasseter Family Winery Chemin de Fer Red Wine & Cakebread Chardonnay. Guests were then ushered into the movie screening of Moana in the newly built Disney Animation Studios Screening Room.
The CBC team cooked up a Polynesian themed dinner to include our Polynesian Iceberg-Little Cabbage Salad with Mango, Jicama, & Pineapple Honey Dressing, Soya Honey Marinated Black Cod with Snow Peas & Coconut Rice and Spicy Honey-Garlic Roasted Cauliflower with Marinated Rice Noodles. Guests concluded their formal dinner with the most delicious Dole Whip Cake with Condensed Sweet Cream Frosting and Coconut-Pineapple Ice Cream.
