We had the honor of cooking for a wonderful client and his closest friends & family for Thanksgiving this year.
Guests were welcomed with Rombauer Chardonnay & Cabernet Sauvignon upon arrival to begin the festivities.
A warm dining table was set with modern burgundy and burnt orange flowers in black matte squares designed
by the talented Lauren of Nu Leaf Design.
Guests enjoyed a family-style dinner with Sage & Thyme Scented Roasted Turkey with Homemade Turkey Gravy,
Seared Sea Bass with Red Wine Reduction & Micro Greens along with Roasted Yukon Potatoes and Roasted Winter Vegetables.
Holiday cheer and laughter filled the room as guests took turns telling stories and anecdotes of things and people they were thankful for. It was truly a lovely evening to remember.
